Who provides Marque

Marque is provided by Mark Linetskiy as an individual. For questions about these terms, contact enquiries@marqueapp.co.uk.

Use of Marque

Marque is provided to help users organise vehicle information, dates, reminders and document photos. Users remain responsible for checking official vehicle, MOT, tax, insurance and parking information.

No official authority

Marque is not a government service, insurer, repair service, parking authority or marketplace. Any official status should be confirmed with the relevant provider or authority.

Reminders

Reminders are a convenience feature. The user remains responsible for maintaining legal vehicle status and renewing documents or permits on time. Notification delivery depends on your settings, permissions and device. Vehicle lookup may be unavailable, incomplete or out of date; check official sources before relying on a status or date.

Free and Plus

Free has no time limit. Installing Marque does not start a free trial or a paid subscription. Plus is an optional subscription purchased through Apple.

Free includes up to two active vehicles, MOT and key date tracking, reminders, calendar sync and three backgrounds. Plus provides unlimited active vehicles, Log for expenses, servicing and receipts, and the local Private Vault, as well as reminders and updates for every vehicle and three included backgrounds.

Ending Plus does not delete your vehicles or records. Free's active-vehicle limit applies, and Log and Vault access becomes available again when Plus is renewed. A subscription is not a cloud-storage or document-backup service.

Subscription payment and renewal

Plus is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal. The purchase sheet shows the applicable price, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm.

Prices shown on this website are guidance. Your App Store region determines the currency and final price. Manage or cancel a subscription through Apple subscriptions or iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Marque or deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.

Background purchases and restore

Additional backgrounds are non-consumable, one-time in-app purchases, separate from Plus. They do not renew and are not a subscription. Purchased backgrounds remain available on Free or Plus, subject to the purchase remaining valid with Apple.

Use Restore purchases in the subscription screen to restore plan access, or the restore option in Materials to restore background purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoring purchases does not restore deleted vehicle records or local Vault files.

Refunds and your rights

Requests for refunds of Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple's refund service. Eligibility depends on Apple's rules and applicable law; a refund is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your records and device

Keep copies of important documents and protect your device and Vault PIN. Marque's local-data report is not a complete backup and excludes photos, receipt images, Vault files and encryption keys. Recovery email does not provide cloud storage or guarantee recovery after files or device keys are lost.

Only add or share records you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the destinations you select when exporting files. See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between local data and online services.

App licence

Your use of Marque is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Beta access

TestFlight or early access builds may change, contain unfinished features or be removed before public launch.
